Your events are saved to your Activation King account in the cloud, so you never have to rebuild an event on a new machine. To move, transfer or import an event to another computer, you simply pull it from your cloud account.
Step by step
- Sign in with the same account. On the second computer, open AI Photo Booth Pro and log in with the same Activation King account you used to create the event.
- Open your events list. Go to Event Management; it lists the events already on this device.
- Sync your cloud events. Click Sync Cloud Events. The app fetches the events stored in your cloud account, including the ones created on your other computer. Only events not already on this device are listed.
- Import the event. Click Import next to the event you need. It downloads with all of its settings: templates, screen designs, modes and configuration.
- Start the event. The event now appears in your list; select it and start it as usual. From here it runs locally on this computer.
Good to know
- Both computers must be signed in with the same account.
- An imported event is a local copy. For events you manage remotely, enable the event's sync option so edits made on one computer are reflected on the other instantly.
- Photos and videos from past events are always available from your online dashboard gallery, independent of any computer.
