Explain the guest outcome, then specify the additional screen, printer, space and staff required. One meaningful upgrade is easier to sell and operate than five competing attractions.

A Sharing Station can separate photo selection from capture when the setup supports that workflow. Test the full journey on your chosen devices before promising throughput. Record the real time spent on setup, support and delivery so your next quote reflects the work.
Put it into practice
For a company anniversary, compare a photo-only package with a photo-plus-mosaic package. The extra value is a collective image, not another camera mode. Draw the route from capture to contribution and final delivery, then list the extra display or print station, operator time and license. Rehearse this route at the venue's expected arrival peak. If output slows capture, separate the handover or simplify the package before selling it.
