Upgrade, downgrade, or switch plan

You can move to a different plan any time with clear, fair pricing and no surprises. Changing plans is handled right from your subscription, and the amount due is always shown before you confirm.

How pricing works

  • An upgrade charges only the prorated difference now and starts a fresh billing period.
  • A downgrade or lateral switch is never charged; the unused value becomes pre-paid days at the new rate, and your renewal date moves out accordingly.

Changing your plan

  1. Open the subscription and click Change plan. A window opens that lists every plan and marks your current one.

  2. Pick the new plan you want.
  3. Review the amount due today, which includes credit for the unused time on your current plan, and the new billing date.
  4. Confirm to switch.

Good to know: you are never double-charged; the credit for time you already paid is always applied to what you owe.
