Every event you run creates a gallery of the photos and videos captured during it, and each gallery is kept safely in your account. The Events page is where you browse, view, and download those galleries.

Alongside the media, each event shows insights such as the AI credits it used, so you can see exactly what a given activation cost. This makes it easy to keep track of usage across busy periods and to reshare an event's photos with a client after the day.
- Open Dashboard → Events. Your galleries are listed, one per event.
- Click an event to open its gallery and view the captured photos and videos in the viewer.
- Review the event's insights, including the AI credits used, shown with the gallery.
- To keep a full copy, use the download option for the gallery.
- Because a gallery can be large, we prepare the file in the background and email you a download link when it is ready, so you do not have to wait on the page.
Keeping galleries in your account means an event's media stays available long after the day itself, ready to hand over or to reuse in your own marketing. The credit insight sits next to each event, so reconciling what each booking used takes only a glance.
