What happens when you cancel
When you confirm, the subscription becomes pending cancellation. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that it stops and does not auto-renew.
Cancelling your plan
- Open the subscription and choose Cancel.
- Optionally select a reason for leaving.
- Review any save offer you are shown, such as a discount or a free month.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Good to know: you are not charged again and you keep access until your paid period ends, so there is no rush to time your cancellation perfectly.
