The subscription detail page gives you the full picture of a single plan and every action you can take on it. It is where you go to make changes rather than just glance at status.
Open it from Dashboard → Subscriptions by choosing a plan. The page shows:
- The plan name and its price.
- The current billing period and next billing date.
- Seats included and seats used.
- The devices connected to the plan.
From here you can change plan, add or remove seats, update the card, or cancel using the danger zone at the bottom of the page. If a payment has failed, a Pay now action appears so you can recover your access immediately.
Using the page
- Open the plan from your Subscriptions list.
- Review the details to confirm you are on the right plan.
- Use the action you need, whether that is changing tier, adjusting seats, updating your card, or cancelling.
Good to know: the seats section lists the exact devices using the plan, so you can disconnect one to free up a seat whenever you need it elsewhere.
