Recommended:
- At least 2 high-performance cores, especially if video processing will be used.

Graphics Card (GPU)
Recommended NVIDIA:
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 or higher
- Minimum 4 GB dedicated VRAM
Recommended AMD:
- AMD Radeon RX 560 or higher
- Minimum 4 GB dedicated VRAM
Note: Integrated GPUs on supported CPUs will work, but AI-powered background removal and real-time preview may be noticeably slower.
Operating System & Display
- Windows 10 version 1903 (19H1, May 2019) or newer, or Windows 11 with the latest updates installed
- Power Mode should be set to Best Performance
- Recommended display resolution: 1920 × 1080 (Full HD)
- Touchscreen is recommended for sharing features but not required.
Important Notes & Unsupported Hardware
Unsupported Processors
- AMD APU processors
- ARM & ARM64 processors (e.g., Microsoft Surface Pro X, SQ1/SQ2)
- Intel Atom, Intel Celeron, Intel Pentium, Intel Gold
These processors cannot handle high-resolution DSLR image processing effectively.
Surface Pro Warning
Surface Pro 7 / 7+ models do not have internal cooling fans, causing CPU throttling during live preview. This can lead to lag and slowdowns. For a better experience, we recommend using a Windows tablet with active cooling.
Performance Tips
If your system feels slow:
- Reduce the camera resolution to the lowest setting. This significantly improves processing time.
If performance issues continue:
- Run the user benchmark tool and send us the results so we can analyze your system.
Recommended benchmark scores:
- 2-Core Score ≥ 200
- 4-Core Score ≥ 350
