How fast does the kiosk ship?
Every kiosk ships worldwide within 2 to 3 business days in a protective padded hard case with wheels. You unbox it, roll it into position and it is event-ready.
What is included in each package?
Base is the complete kiosk: full-metal body, 32 inch multi-touch display, hidden mirror camera housing, sound, lighting, printer drawer, hard case and a 1-year AI Photo Booth Pro license. Digital adds a high-performance PC, Windows license, DSLR camera and a professional flash set. Professional adds an industrial thermal printer with a 750-print media bundle, so it is fully turn-key.
Do I need to buy the software separately?
No. Every package includes a full 1-year license of AI Photo Booth Pro, our flagship software with 12 booth modes, 120+ AI effects, face swap and AI video. After the first year you continue on a standard plan starting at $49 per month.
Which printers does it work with?
Any printer. The printer drawer uses multi-size adapters, so you can run the printer you already own with no vendor lock-in. The Professional package also includes an industrial thermal printer that prints in about 8 seconds.
Do I need a separate computer?
The Base package is bring-your-own PC and camera. Digital and Professional include a high-performance PC with an Intel i5, RTX 3050 GPU, 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD, plus a Windows license, ready to run.
