In Ops Calendar the limit is simultaneous use, not the number of people on your team.
- You can invite as many members as you need. Invitations are unlimited and free.
- Two people can use the app at the same time for free.
- Additional capacity is only needed when more than two people must work at the same moment.
How the free uses are shared
When you create a team, your Ops Calendar plan is shared with the teams you own. Accepted team members use the same pool, so the two free concurrent uses are for the whole team together, not two per person. An invited member who is already covered by your team does not get a separate personal free plan.
