What is Ops Calendar?

Publié · Mis à jour

Ops Calendar is the operations app for event agencies, rental companies and photo booth teams. It keeps jobs, equipment and people in one shared plan, so each part of the team sees what they need to do next.

What you can do with it

  • Plan every phase of a job. Travel, setup, event, teardown and return each get their own start and end time. The calendar, schedule and boards follow those times.
  • Avoid double booking equipment. Add products to a job; Ops Calendar assigns available equipment, warns about overlapping bookings and shows the units available for the hours you select.
  • Assign the crew. Choose a lead and crew for each phase, see scheduling conflicts and let the team record progress, such as "Setup started", from the field.
  • Help the crew on site. Today's jobs, directions, what to take and barcode or QR loading checks are together on the phone.
  • Keep files and contacts with the job. Setup photos, event videos, aftermovies, branding and frame files, plus clients, brands, agencies and suppliers with their contacts, billing details and logos.
  • Follow the money. Quotes, approvals, invoices, payments and balances in one commercial board, visible to finance roles.

Devices and offline use

Ops Calendar runs on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. Installer and store availability are shown on the downloads page. If the venue connection drops you can keep working; Ops Calendar syncs when the connection returns.

Price

The full app is free with 2 concurrent uses and unlimited invited members. You only pay if more people need to work at the same time. Ops Calendar is independent of Activation Suite, so it is not part of a Suite subscription.
