Thank you for choosing Activation King. This agreement outlines your rights and obligations regarding the use of our software. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION OF CERTAIN INFORMATION DURING ACTIVATION AND FOR INTERNET-BASED FEATURES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.
Activation King grants you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited license to download, install, and use the software solely for your own or your company’s use, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
How can I use the software?
You do not own the software or the copy you use; we provide you with a license. Under this license, we allow you to install and use the software on one computer only (the licensed computer) for a single company. You may install the software on a different computer at any time, but only one computer can actively use the license at any given moment. If you log in from a new computer, the software will automatically log you out from the first one.
The license does not allow to run on multiple devices for simultaneous use, and the software is intended for direct interaction on the licensed computer through regular input mechanisms like a keyboard, mouse, or touchscreen.
Can I transfer or reassign the software to another user or computer?
You cannot transfer this software license to another person or entity. However, you may switch the use of the license to a different computer at any time. When switching, you must ensure that the software is used on only one computer at a time. If you log into a new device, the previous device will automatically be logged out. There are no limits on how often you can switch computers, but the license can never be active on more than one machine at a time.
You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the software or provide access to it through any third party.
Are there things I’m not allowed to do with the software?
Yes. Because the software is licensed and not sold, Activation King reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement. This includes intellectual property rights. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Modify, alter, or virtualize features of the software.
- Share or make copies of the software, except for one backup copy for personal use.
- Attempt to bypass any security measures within the software.
- Use the software in any way that harms other users or attempts unauthorized access to any network, service, or account.
Modifications and Updates
Activation King reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the software, or any related services, at any time, with or without notice, and without liability. These updates may be required to maintain functionality.
Trial and Conversion
Some versions of the software may be licensed on a trial basis. Your rights to use the trial software are limited to the trial period, and its duration will be specified during activation. After the trial ends, key features will be disabled unless you purchase a subscription or a perpetual license. TRIAL SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES, and you bear all risks associated with its use.
Free Trial, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. Automatic renewal will be canceled immediately. And the subscription will remain active until the original subscription end date.
We offer full-featured trials to all our customers. All customers are free to test our software with all functions as long as they need. No refunds will be given after cancelling any subscription.
Refunds are also not accepted for AI Credits, Software Add-ons, and other digital downloads.
Termination of Agreement
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or Activation King. We may terminate your license without prior notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement. You may also terminate the Agreement by uninstalling the software and deleting all copies from your devices. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the software.
Legal Limitations
If any portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by law, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. We will attempt to modify such provisions to reflect the intent of the original terms, where applicable.
Amendments
Activation King reserves the right to change or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days prior to their implementation. It is your responsibility to review such updates.
