Return and Refund Policy

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

You may request a return for eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products (such as software licenses and downloads) are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been accessed, activated, or downloaded, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@activationking.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
